Why wasn't my billing/shipping address found?

If you received an "Address Not Found" error message, please try the following:

  • Verify that all parts of the address are correct, specifically line 1, line 2, and the zip code.
  • Ensure that either the billing or shipping address —but not both— contains a PO Box, as we currently don’t support PO Boxes for both addresses.
Why was my credit card declined?

If your credit card was declined with the message "We are unable to process your card," it may be due to several common issues. Double-check that:

  • The cardholder's name is spelled correctly, including any middle initials.
  • The CVC and expiration date are correct.
  • There are no typos in the card number.
  • The billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer.

If everything is correct, we recommend contacting your credit card company to ensure they haven't flagged the transaction.

Why can't I successfully place my order?

If you're having trouble placing an order, follow these steps:

  • Ensure you've selected the “I’m not a robot” checkbox at checkout.
  • Switch to a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, for a smoother experience.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try placing the order again.
