Conflict Mineral Policy Statement
Intermatic Incorporated is committed to ensuring that we are not sourcing conflict minerals such as Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold in accordance with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Although Intermatic Incorporated is a privately held company not covered by the ruling of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding reporting and disclosure concerning conflict minerals, we support the goals of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act which aim to prevent the use of conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries. This includes responsible manufacturing of our products and sourcing of materials.
The 2024 completed CMRT form (RMI_CMRT_6.4) can be found here.
